Super Spiritual Girl is a playful persona created to promote and share messages that are meant to inspire, empower, stimulate thought, and support others on their individual paths.
The messages I share in my videos address issues that I have personally struggled with in my own path. The idea for the persona Super Spiritual Girl manifested once I finally understood that personal development didn’t always have to be such serious and arduous work. Yes, there is work involved; there is study, contemplation, integration and practice. There are also times that personal transformation is painful. However, when we can release the need to be perfect and instead relax into the perfection of who and where we are in life, it can be extremely liberating. Life is supposed to be fun! It is such a simple notion, yet so easy to lose sight of. These videos, are meant to serve as reminders in those times we lose sight.
